By accessing or using KidSchedule ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
KidSchedule is a co-parenting calendar and custody tracking platform designed to help separated or divorced parents coordinate schedules, manage custody arrangements, and document change requests. The Service includes web-based access, mobile synchronization, and court-ready export capabilities.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as necessary
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Subscription and Billing
KidSchedule offers various subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees specified at the time of enrollment. Fees are charged on a monthly or annual basis, as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Free Trial
We offer a 6-month free trial for new accounts. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically continue at the standard rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant KidSchedule a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
8. Privacy

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Court-ready exports are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute legal advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KidSchedule shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
