How do I get started with KidSchedule?

Sign up for a free account, add your children, invite your co-parent, and set up your custody schedule. The whole process takes about 5 minutes.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! We offer a free plan with core features, and you can try our premium features free for 14 days. No credit card required.

Do I need my co-parent to sign up too?

You can use KidSchedule on your own, but it works best when both parents are on the platform. You can invite your co-parent via email once you've set up your account.

Custody Schedules

What custody schedules do you support?

We support all common custody patterns: alternating weeks (7-7), 2-2-3, 3-4-4-3, 5-2-2-5, every other weekend, and custom schedules. Just pick a template or build your own.

Can I modify the schedule for holidays?

Absolutely. You can set up holiday rules that override your regular schedule, or manually adjust individual days. Changes are synced automatically to both parents.

What if we need to swap days?

You can request a schedule change through the app. Your co-parent gets notified and can approve or decline. Everything is logged for your records.

Calendar Sync

Can I sync the calendar to my phone?

Yes! We provide one-click sync to iPhone Calendar, Google Calendar, and Outlook. The calendar stays updated automatically—no manual exports needed.

Will changes sync automatically?

Yes. When you or your co-parent makes a change, it syncs to everyone's subscribed calendars automatically. No action required.

Privacy & Security

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use bank-level encryption for all data. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can my co-parent see everything I add?

Shared items (custody schedule, child events) are visible to both parents. Personal notes and some features can be kept private. You control what you share.
